Everything in our room worked perfectly, but needed new batteries in the living room remote, not even close to a deal breaker, I am able to get up off the sectional and change the channel, although we did leave a note that it wasn't working when we checked out. We also had a nice view of the Mississippi river. The bathroom had two separate vanities with a jetted tub, separate toilet and huge shower. The bedroom area had a great closet with safe for valuables. There was an extra half bath in the living area as well as a wet bar with a decent size bar fridge. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. ft.if you can swing it, this was a great room. All the front desk staff were extremely helpful and nice. We only had backpacks with us, so a bellman was not necessary. We had an Oxford Suite on the 31st floor. Check in was a breeze with only 2 people ahead of us in line. From the minute we walked in, every staff member was happy, courteous and friendly. We were here for an overnight stay and were happily surprised how nice the hotel was.
